THE USER
The user must be an individual above 18 years old or a corporate entity that has the authority to bind to the terms and conditions purported in the agreement.
RESPONSIBILITIES OF THE USER
The user shall use the services available on this site at her/his own risk. The services should be used in accordance with but not only limited to the Malaysian Communication and Multimedia Act 1998 and other relevant law and orders. The user is bound to the rules of advertising and prohibited goods in this website.
Rules of advertising
Mybay caters to both private ads by individuals and professional ads by registered companies. You should only place your own ads and not place ads on behalf of others. Ad titles should be free from promotional words and prices. Your ad description must only describe the actual service or goods without further exaggeration. Offensive remarks and links to other websites are strictly prohibited. Only Bahasa Malaysia and English Language are allowed to be used.
Your ads should be placed in the relevant category only. 1 ad is strictly for 1 item only. No multiple items in 1 ad. No duplication of ads is allowed. You should not place the same ad more than once. Posting the same ad using different personal information is also not allowed.
All images posted must be the images of the actual goods or services intended to be advertised. Images similar to the items intended for ads are strictly not allowed. Images should be clear and big enough to be seen. Images should be free from promotional words, price and contact details. Images strictly must not be offensive or provocative in nature. Mybay reserves the rights to screen all the ads before making it available for general view. Your ad might be rejected or requested to be amended if it is found to inappropriate or have violated the rules, terms and conditions.
Prohibited Goods and Services
All goods and services which are illegal and violate the Law and Orders purported by Malaysian government are strictly prohibited in Mybay. Legal actions will be strictly taken upon identification of such goods and services being uploaded on our website.
PROHIBITED INFORMATION
The users should not provide information which:
- is false, inaccurate and misleading
- involves the sale of counterfeit or stolen items or any other fraudulent acts

- any other prohibited content as provided under content code.
The Company reserves the rights to remove any items that it deems in violation of the above mentioned.

All content, organization, layouts, texts, documents, databases, graphics, designs, compilations, photographs, pictures, drawings, videos, sound recordings, texts, logo, trademark and other materials related to Mybay.com.my are works protected under the Malaysian Copyright Act 1987. The user is strictly prohibited from modifying, copying, distributing, transmitting, displaying, performing, reproducing, publishing, licensing, downloading, posting or creating derivative works from any part of this website. The Company will not hesitate to take legal actions upon infringement of its copyright.
